What is the estimated processing time?

Processing times can vary but normally orders will be shipped out within 1-5 business days of creating your order. 

During shop updates, holidays, etc. processing times can extend to 1-2 weeks. 

You will receive an email once your order has shipped. If you have not received your email please check your spam, but if you still cannot find an email after the set processing time please feel free to contact us.

Are there any countries do you not ship to? 

As of 03/22/2022, KaBabaeyan only ships to domestic U.S. locations. Please keep an eye out for updates when worldwide shipping is available!

Orders

Can I change/cancel my order?

Changes and/or cancellations are accepted ONLY if the order(s) has not yet been shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy? 

All sales are final. 

When do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if the order(s) has not been shipped out yet or the order arrives damaged.

Lost orders are not eligible for refunds as once the item(s) are shipped, it is no longer under KaBabaeyan's control. However, the team is still happy to talk and work something out so please feel free to reach out.
